Answering Your Frequent Questions
Q: How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the time, products, and techniques needed to achieve your desired look. Factors like length, texture, and complexity may affect the final cost, but we’ll always be transparent about pricing before your service begins.
Q: Do I need a consultation?
Yes, consultations are required for all first-time color services, extensions, and unique requests. This ensures enough time is reserved for your appointment, and consultation fees are applied toward your final service.
Q: What should I do to prepare for a curly or braid service?
Please arrive with your hair down, dry, and thoroughly detangled in its natural state. Additional fees may apply if extra detangling is required, and some services may need to be rescheduled if hair is excessively knotted or not prepped.
Q: What is your cancellation & no-show policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service to respect our stylists’ time.
Q: What if I'm unhappy with my service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy, please notify us within 48 hours so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment. Corrective services requested after this window may be subject to additional charges.
Q: Do you allow children and families in the salon?
Yes, we welcome kids and offer family-friendly and sensory-safe services. For safety, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult, and stylists may reschedule if unattended children disrupt services.
